Setup Python

The following will guide you on how to setup and use python for the simulations being run by the group.

Step 1

• Download and install from Anaconda
• You can use the standard inbuilt spyder IDE from Anaconda or Download and setup VS Code or PyCharm separately.
• VS
• PyCharm you can get the Professional edition with your UC Davis student account

• Ask people if you have any doubts after this and make sure you are familiar with using python in your conda environment and in your macbook.
